Read-Rite Corporation, a leading manufacturer of disk drive heads, needed to educate its assembly line workforce, mostly based in Thailand, on the hidden dangers of ESD: electrostatic discharge. In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, LiveOps, a leader in home-based distributed call centers, provided assistance via an 800 number call-in network. When Interactive Health (IH) approached ICV Digital Media about producing a suite of marketing videos for IH’s massage chair line, the producers knew who to bring in to write the 15+ scripts and print collateral: RB Productions.
